This is a purely simple cottage, on South Bolton Lake, with a private dock and steps into the lake for easy access.  There are 2 Queen Bedrooms & 2 baths. Big comfy living room with great lake views.  We offer smart TV and streaming.

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS AN OLD LAKE COTTAGE.  It is clean and functional but the floors are not level.  The living spaces are comfortable and cozy.   IF YOU HAVE MOBILITY OR STABILITY ISSUES, YOU MAY NOT BE COMFORTABLE HERE.
